How much is shipping?
Shipping is available through UPS, FedEx and the US Post Office (USPS). Prices are as follows, however they may vary depending on size and shape of packages:

*All orders are shipped at 10:00 a.m. on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as business days. For example: If you order on Wednesday afternoon, with 2-day air, it will arrive Monday. This is because UPS will pick the package up on Thursday. They will count Friday as day #1, and Monday as day #2. How long does it take to ship my order after I place it?
Most orders are shipped the same day/or next business day. If a prop is a made-to-order prop, the category or product description page will tell you the necessary time period to custom-make the prop for you.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day, Iron Clad, 100% Money Back, No Questions Asked Guarantee on nearly every item we sell. (See POLICY page for information regarding non-standard or custom-made props and their return policy). If your item is altered or customized by us in any way, there are no returns accepted.
Will you help me if I can't figure out how to build something?
Of course! We love helping customers figure out how to build or modify their own Halloween props. Just email us and we will answer your questions as best we can. Or, if you need complicated help, you can hire one of our technicians to personally work with you for a fee (see here)
I'm confused about my DIY project - what fittings do I need?
You can either give it your best shot and place your order online - or contact us when placing your order for assistance. If you want to include an email message to us asking us to double check your fittings before shipping, we will be happy to do so.
Are your foggers really the best?
If you can find a fogger with as many watts, that puts out as much smoke, at a cheaper price, and with a warranty - call us and we will eat our shorts. But, until we hear otherwise, we are sticking with our story. Yes - ours are the best.
Why is your Webmaster 2000 better than the Webcaster Gun?
We get asked this quite often. Our Webmaster uses a rubber-cement-based liquid to make webs much faster. The Webmaster 2000 is cheaper to operate, and easier to clean up than the glue-stick style guns on the market (like the Webcaster). Their gun needs a large air compressor - ours does not need one at all. And if you have a cordless drill, ours doesn't need an extension cord either. Finally, ours is ready to make webs immediately, while theirs has a 10-minute warm up period.
