Returns & Exchanges Policy
NEW / UNUSED: You may return any standard* new, or unused pneumatic part, pneumatic mechs under $300, fog fluid, fog scent, fog machine, or any other item priced below $100 within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
USED: You may exchange any used standard item that is not functioning properly within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge.
*Non-standard items include custom-made props of any price and any item priced over $100. These items are not returnable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
Warranty
Every item we sell (unless noted specifically in the description) comes with a 30-day warranty, including fog machines and Halloween Props.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If the shipping rate seems too expensive, please call us for a quote, and we can look in to a cheaper method of delivery for you.
Customer pays return shipping in event of an exchange or return.
