Dr Pheal Phine is 6 ft tall with posable arms and posable legs and can be used in a standing or sitting position. He's holding an oversized tooth in a pair of dental pliers, and has a dental tool and syringe in his breast pocket. A tank of nitrous oxide in his hip pocket has a tube that goes up to his left nostril, really not your average or sane doctor for that matter.
When the 9-volt adapter is plugged in his arms and upper body shake and his head and jaw move. He comes with a CD with 5 different dialogs along with dental sound effects.
Comical as well as creepy! Always a crowd favorite.
